Capital Markets and Investment Professional
Wang Jing has 10 years of experience in capital markets consulting and private equity investment. Since March 2019, she has served as Marketing Director and Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Tashan Management Consulting Co., Ltd., focusing on listed-company governance, compliance, M&A and restructuring, internal controls, information disclosure, and capital operations. Tashan has served more than 800 A-share listed companies across China.
From 2016 to 2019, she was a founding shareholder and Project Manager at Shenzhen Huachuang Guangfang Fund Management Co., Ltd., where she managed private equity and large-scale infrastructure investment projects. She holds the AMAC Fund Practitioner Qualification and leads a professional team comprising lawyers, auditors, and investment bankers.
