  • Provide strategic advisory, market-entry planning and operational consulting for cross-border enterprises operating between China and Singapore, delivering professional strategic assessments, market-access plans and localised operating solutions.
  • Support the company’s five core service lines: corporate governance and compliance, business matching, government and corporate coordination, outsourced HR administration, and investment and financing coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Singapore government agencies, industry associations and third-party professional service providers.
  • Identify overseas client needs and manage business engagement, project follow-up and client relationships, including key accounts.
  • Conduct industry research, cross-border policy analysis, competitor benchmarking and project feasibility assessments, while developing standardised consulting solutions and case-study resources.
  • Academic background in business administration, finance, international trade or a related discipline preferred; prior working experience in Singapore is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in cross-border business services, government and corporate engagement, listed-company advisory, outsourced corporate operations, or investment and financing project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s business environment, government–enterprise engagement practices and compliance requirements for foreign companies establishing local operations.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, with strong business negotiation and proposal-writing capabilities; fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Strong analytical, resource-integration and multi-project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and geographic markets.
  • Distinctive Market Focus: Work in the specialised field of two-way China–Singapore cross-border enterprise services—an under-served market with strong growth potential and high barriers to entry.

  • Strong Career Development: Participate directly in the company’s international growth strategy, organisational system development and cross-border project implementation.
